We Take Lending Seriously
Lendee takes lending seriously, and as a responsible loan provider we employ our own lending code of conduct and abide by it at all times. We believe it is our responsibility to act in our customer’s best interests, ensuring affordability, transparency of terms and conditions and supporting a borrower if they experience repayment difficulties.
Our Lending Code

What is responsible lending?
Responsible lending means safety, responsibility, positive action, truth, fairness, compliance and complete disclosure. Responsible lending protects both us, our lenders and the consumer, and our lending code and core business values lie at the very heart of it.
We are fully licensed in every province of operation. We provide clear and comprehensive information about all rates, fees, and any other costs. We will not directly or indirectly mislead, manipulate or fraudulently influence our clients. Our employees will offer transparent and honest answers to any questions regarding the fees associated with our loans, or the obtaining of a loan. Specific payday loans lending agreements are disclosed fully by the lender in question, but we will also disclose all fees for complete transparency, unless laws prevent us from doing so.
We pledge to take a cautious and conscientious approach to every decision regarding lending practices. This Code of Conduct will be at the forefront of our business decisions.
